In addition, we will provide personal information to the transportation/accommodation agency, insurance company, souvenir store, etc. to the extent necessary for the procedures to arrange and receive the services provided by the transportation/accommodation agency, etc. for the trip you have applied for, to the extent necessary for the procedures for insurance to cover our liability under the travel contract and expenses in case of accident, and to the extent necessary for the convenience of your shopping at the souvenir store of the travel destination. Personal information such as name, etc. of the customer will be provided to such transportation and lodging agencies, insurance companies, souvenir shops, etc. by electronic means in advance. (2) We may ask for personal information of your emergency contact person during your stay in case of illness or accident during the tour. This personal information will be used only in the event of illness, etc., and when the Company deems it necessary to contact the emergency contact person.
